REBELLE ZINE
[UP]ROOT
ISSUE 07 | FALL/WINTER 24/25
In healthy forest ecosystems, trees exist in a cooperative relationship with each other, sharing nutrients and information through their roots. Rebelle Zine Issue 07: [UP]ROOT aims to dig deep and explore how we are not so different from the trees.
This collection of articles and artistic works focuses on communities, knowledge, and traditions that have been uprooted. It highlights what happens when they are replanted, and the inspiring ways that folks are using learnings from generations passed to inform our future. [UP]ROOT serves to remind us that when we nurture our relationships with each other, we are all so much richer for it.
